Hotel Paradise Suites Isla Mujeres

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Paradise Suites. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful Playa Norte beach and amazing restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean and updated. We also appreciated the attention to detail, like the blackout blinds and clothing line for drying wet items. we highly recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located near downtown with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Clean and comfortable rooms with tasteful decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful garden atmosphere with a warm and clean pool. Will definitely return!

We had an amazing time staying at this hidden gem near the stunning Caribbean beach. The location was unbeatable, with all the best restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved waking up to the beautiful view from our room and enjoying the delicious breakfast at the hotel. The facilities, such as the pool and gardens, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

That the hot tub was not always warm enough, but it didn't take away from the overall wonderful experience.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was amazing, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the outdoor massage studio on site. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The air conditioner was a bit difficult to figure out, and instructions in the room would have been helpful. In one specific room , the table had a glass top that was not secure, posing a safety risk.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. the property itself was beautifully decorated and clean. the location was perfect, just steps from the beach and with plenty of food options nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a couple of minor issues that could be improved upon. it would be better if the safes were located inside the rooms instead of in a common area.

The staff was very helpful and attentive, and the rooms were well-stocked with kitchen essentials. The pool was sparkling clean and the spa offered a great massage. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The WiFi did not work during my stay, which was a bit of a inconvenience for keeping in contact with family.

Walkable location to beach and downtown. Kitchenette in some rooms. Helpful manager. Coffee shop and sports bar nearby. Close to amenities and attractions.

I had an incredible stay at this place. The location was absolutely amazing, right on top of the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. I couldn't have asked for a better spot. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring that my room was always clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I loved the sitting area and patio, perfect for enjoying the beautiful garden view. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the dining picnic area was a great place to enjoy a meal. The staff here truly made my stay memorable.
